California’s coronavirus cases have increased 47% over the past two weeks with over 337,000 confirmed cases as of Tuesday, resulting in over 7,000 deaths. The health department reported 8,358 new coronavirus cases on Sunday. On Monday, Governor Newsom ordered additional rollbacks to California’s COVID-19 reopening plan. The order includes mandatory statewide closures effective July 13th for indoor operations of:
- Bars (all operations)
- Wineries and tasting rooms
- Movie Theaters
- Family and Entertainment Centers
- Zoos and museums
- Cardrooms
Additionally, those counties on the state’s “Monitor List” which have been on the list for 3 or more consecutive days are required to shut down the following indoor operations of:
- Fitness centers
- Worship services
- Offices for non-critical sectors
- Personal care services
- Hair salons and barbershops
- Shopping malls

- Kings
- Los Angeles
- Madera
- Marin
- Merced
- Monterey
- Napa
- Orange
- Placer
- Riverside
- Sacramento
- San Benito
- San Bernardino
- San Diego
- San Joaquin
- Santa Barbara
- Solano
- Sonoma
- Stanislaus
- Sutter
- Tulare
- Yolo
- Yuba
- Ventura
